Job summary

EnvisionAge is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to support a federal healthcare contract at Tripler Army Medical Center and affiliated clinics in Hawaii. The position requires on-site work with full-time hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 facility operations.

The role requires graduation from an approved LPN/LVN program, an active unrestricted license, and at least 1 year of recent experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license (any U.S. state).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience within the last 2 years.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA required).
• Additional certifications (ACLS or NRP) may be required based on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist providers.
• Perform clinical tasks such as catheterization, wound care, and lab draws.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Support patient education and discharge planning.
