Corona Regional Medical Center's LVN for the Psychiatric Unit is located at the Corona Regional Rehabilitation Center in Corona, CA. The position requires weekend night shifts and provides care for patients with serious mental illness using nursing process skills and collaboration with the Charge Nurse.

Reporting to nursing leadership, the LVN will support health maintenance, documentation, and patient safety in a busy psychiatric setting within a 238-bed hospital network committed to education

Formación

• Knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis(es), terminology and charting.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with serious and persistent mental illness (2+ years) in a health setting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process for patients with serious mental illness.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse and nursing leadership.
• Promote, maintain and restore patient health in the psychiatric unit.
• Follow weekend night shift schedule (Sat & Sun 7:00pm-7:30am) in Corona, CA.
