Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex needs, including those with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central lines
• Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and respond appropriately
• Educate patients and families on care procedures
• Maintain clear communication with team members, patients, and families
• Follow company policies and ensure all patient needs are met

Qualifications

• Valid Georgia LPN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NCL)
• Active CPR certification (online courses not accepted)
• Two or more years of experience preferred; new graduates considered with preceptorship
• Valid PPD skin test

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, reach, bend, twist, squat, and kneel for long periods
• Push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds or more
• Dexterity for precise hand movements
