Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central lines
• Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and respond appropriately
• Educate and train patients and families
• Maintain clear communication with staff, patients, and families
• Follow policies and procedures while delivering care
• Assist with equipment cleaning and patient needs

Qualifications

Required

• Valid Georgia LPN license or Nurse Licensure Compact
• Active CPR certification (online certifications not accepted)
• Two+ years experience preferred; new grads considered with preceptorship
• Valid PPD skin test
• Physical requirements: ability to stand, sit, reach, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform dexterous tasks
