Responsibilities

• Provide quality routine nursing care, including for patients with G-Tubes, Trachs, Vents, CVLs
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes
• Teach and train patients and families
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families
• Adhere to all policies and procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid LPN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
• Active CPR certification (no online companies)
• Preferred: Two+ years experience or new graduates with preceptorship
• Valid PPD skin test
• Physical ability to stand, sit, reach, bend, lift up to 50+ pounds, and perform dexterous tasks
