Bloomington Meadows Hospital is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in our behavioral health program. The role emphasizes psychiatric and personality disorder understanding and requires successful completion of the medication administration exam and HANDLE WITH CARE training within 90 days.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing.
• Experience: Minimum one year as a LPN in psychiatric nursing preferred.
• Licensure: Licensed to practice vocational/practical nursing from the State Board of Nursing or Psychiatric Technicians.
• Additional Requirements: Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications. CPR certification and successful completion of HANDLE WITH CARE including restraint and seclusion policies, within 90 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
