Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Attended a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience across the life span or 400 hours as LPN at another facility.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board or multi-state licensure privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions, care outcomes and communications with care team.
• Assist in maintaining confidentiality and effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
