Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Montana LPN or LPN Compact license.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire or before independent patient care.
• 1 year experience in Long Term Care or Critical Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care using the nursing process in assigned area(s).
• Exhibits professionalism, civility, teamwork, and customer service in all tasks.
• Operates and maintains equipment to departmental standards.
• Administers medications, treatments, and provider-specific care per policies and scope of practice.
• Communicates all changes in patient condition to stakeholders promptly.
• Documents clinical findings and regulatory requirements in the medical chart.
• Contributes to an individualized plan of care with goals, interventions, medications and visit frequency.
• Maintains infection control procedures and adheres to policies.
