Logan Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for on-site care in Chester, MT. The role involves delivering skilled nursing care within scope of practice, coordinating with RNs and providers, and ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.

Requires MT LPN license (or LPN Compact) and BLS/CPR. Prior LTC or critical care experience is preferred; PRN/Per Diem shifts offer scheduling flexibility and potential differential pay.

Qualificações

• Current Montana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or LPN Compact license required.
• BLS/CPR (RQI Provider) within 7 days of hire or before independent patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Provides skilled nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Administers medications, treatments, and provider-specific care per orders.
• Communicates changes in patient condition to RN, provider, and team in a timely manner.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality, and exercises professionalism.
• Adheres to infection control policies and maintains safety standards.
