The role requires an active Montana LPN license, at least two years in a medical setting, and RQI (BLS) within seven days of hire. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential; proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Montana LPN license required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a medical setting.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire or before independent patient care.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care in assigned areas in a safe, effective manner.
• Administer medications and provider-directed treatments.
• Perform focused patient assessments and report changes to the provider.
• Document clinical findings accurately in patient charts.
