Fundamental is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate patient care in a long-term care setting. The role involves working with the nursing team, delivering skilled nursing care, and participating in patient data collection and observations. Shifts run 7a-7p on a full-time or part-time basis.

The ideal candidate is a licensed LPN with a commitment to teamwork and patient-focused care, and has reliable transportation to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Responsabilités

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
