Methodist Specialty Care Center (MSCC) in Flowood, MS, is seeking an experienced LPN to provide high-quality nursing care for young adults with complex medical needs. You will work closely with Respiratory Therapists on tracheostomy/ventilator care, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the Medical Director and nursing staff to ensure patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in the State of Mississippi, without restrictions.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with complex medical needs.
• A genuine desire to build relationships with residents and make a difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care following best practices.
• Deliver direct care to residents and respond to individual medical needs.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being.
• Collaborate with Respiratory Therapists on tracheostomy/ventilator care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and healthcare team to address needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and professionals.
• Oversee and guide CNAs to ensure quality care.
