You will collaborate with Respiratory Therapists and Medical staff to ensure safety and comfort, while supporting residents and families daily.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, teamwork, and adherence to infection control and clinical procedures in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in Mississippi.
• BLS certification through AHA or ARC.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, high-quality nursing care.
• Deliver direct care to residents and respond to medical needs.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Collaborate with Respiratory Therapists for tracheostomy/ventilator care.
• Monitor conditions and communicate changes to the team.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and healthcare staff for resident needs.
• Offer direction to CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Assist management with facility operations as needed.
