Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with state board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision of a RN, APP, or physician.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge and maintain resident safety and comfort.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and health care team.
