Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitoring throughout the 7-day live-in assignment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the supervising physician.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, health status, and any changes in condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Communicate effectively with family members, caregivers, and healthcare team regarding patient progress.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home care environment for the patient.
• Follow care plans and report any concerns or changes to the supervising RN or physician.
