Job summary

All Heart Homecare Agency in New York is seeking dedicated LPNs to provide one-to-one private duty nursing care in patients' homes. This role offers flexibility, professional growth, and a meaningful impact on patients' lives with stable case assignments.

Per diem options are available, and we provide paid training, competitive pay with experience, and benefits including health insurance and 401(k). Must hold NYS LPN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active NYS LPN license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Infection control certificate.
• Must be able to work assigned schedule.
• Home care or PDN experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish or Russian a plus.

Compensation

• $37–45 per hour, depending on experience and case
• Differentials available for high-acuity cases
