Qualifications
- Active and valid LPN license in New York.
- Experience in home care, private duty nursing, or live-in patient care preferred.
- Ability to commit to a full 7-day live-in assignment in Manhattan, NY.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitoring throughout the 7-day live-in assignment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the supervising physician.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, health status, and any changes in condition.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Communicate effectively with family members, caregivers, and healthcare team regarding patient progress.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home care environment for the patient.
- Follow care plans and report any concerns or changes to the supervising RN or physician.
