Job summary

Pennswood Village is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will provide nursing care, medication administration, monitor resident needs, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.

This pool/part-time role offers flexible hours, supportive staff, and opportunities to contribute to resident-centered care in Bucks County, PA. Pennsylvania LPN license required; 1 year experience preferred, geriatrics preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an LPN in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting a minimum of 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and medication administration.
• Monitor resident needs and changes in condition; communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide direction to nursing assistants and complete required nursing documentation.

Education

Current Pennsylvania LPN license
