Job summary

Adoration Health, an Adoration Private Duty team member, seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide 1:1 private duty care in Millington, TN. The role covers 6:00am–6:00pm, 3–4 days a week, with a full-time daytime schedule and a focus on skilled nursing care.

Office location is Brownsville, with coverage in Millington. Join a supportive team offering flexibility, independence, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with current unrestricted license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of insurance.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; home health care experience preferred.
• Home health/home care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 private duty nursing per the client’s plan of care.
• Administer medications, feeding, oxygen, ostomy care as needed.
• Document nursing actions accurately and communicate with family, case manager, and physicians.
• Coordinate supplies, medications, and equipment to ensure available stock.
• Ensure patient needs are met per physician’s instructions.

As a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse, You will:

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician

Qualifications:

• LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
• CPR professional certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Home Health care experience preferred
