Job summary

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a dedicated Private Duty LPN to provide expert, patient-centered care in Millington, TN. This full-time, daytime position offers a supportive environment with team backing and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, documenting nursing actions, and coordinating supplies while ensuring care aligns with the plan of care and patient needs. A valid LPN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN license with current unrestricted registration in state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred, home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for clients per plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per plan of care and assessments.
• Document nursing actions and communicate with family, case manager, and physicians; report changes in condition.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate stock.
• Ensure patient needs are met per physician instructions.

Coverage area: Millington, TN

Schedule: Full-Time; Days

Patient Needs: Skilled Nursing

• 3 - 4 days a week
• 6:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client\'s plan of care at all times while maintaining client\'s dignity and independence
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client\'s plan of care and provided assessments of results
• Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client\'s medical condition and needs
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand
• Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
• CPR professional certification
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Home Health care experience preferred
