Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse looking for a new opportunity? Adoration Private Duty is seeking a passionate, dedicated Private Duty LPN to join our team in Maryville, TN. Office location: Knoxville, TN. Coverage area: Maryville, TN.

Schedule: Full-Time; Days (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for clients following each client’s plan of care at all times, maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per the plan of care and assessments.
• Accurately document all nursing actions and communicate progress, outcomes, and any changes in the client’s medical condition to families, case managers, and physicians.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand.
• Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with the physician’s instructions.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with a current, unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• CPR professional certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.
