Rutland Center For Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate LPN Per Diem to join our team. You will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, and support care plans for residents and patients on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Vermont is required.
