Job summary

INTONE HEALTH SERVICES INC is seeking an LPN (LTC) for a Rutland, VT location. The role is full-time for 13 weeks with an evening shift totaling 40 hours weekly, on-location work and every-other-weekend schedule. Pay is $35/hr.

The position requires active LPN VT license, CPR/BLS, and Covid Card, with ability to commute or relocate to Rutland, VT.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating patients and providing water and nourishment between meals.
• Help patients with personal hygiene, including bedpans, baths, shampoos and showers (ap).
• Provide adjunct care for the patient, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings and therapeutic baths.
• Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient’s chart.
• Assist the nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements, as well as Joint Commission standards.
