A Day in the Life

Your day begins with a team huddle, followed by direct client care, including medication administration, routine trach and g-tube care, and engaging activities. Documentation is completed electronically, and you communicate regularly with team members. The role offers a fulfilling experience, emphasizing family-like care and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one nursing care in a home setting
• Following care plans and clinical protocols
• Collaborating with the healthcare team and overseeing care under RN supervision

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• PPD or Chest X-Ray clearance
• Valid BLS CPR certification (in person)
• Valid driver’s license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
