Job summary

Garden Healthcare’s Holland Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend shifts in our Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work as a cart nurse, delivering high-quality life and care for residents and families.

Must hold a current PA LPN license; experience preferred but not required. We offer competitive pay and benefits as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, unencumbered, active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pennsylvania.
• Experience preferred, but not required.
• Provide compassionate nursing care and support to residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as a cart nurse in the Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Assist residents with daily activities and monitor health status.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality resident care.
