Care Options for Kids is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in Pennsylvania. You will work under RN supervision to deliver skilled nursing care in the patient's home, fostering stability and trust with families.

This role emphasizes consistent patient relationships, clear directions, and access to clinical support. Eligible LPNs should be licensed in Pennsylvania, comfortable with pediatric care, and ready to train for specialized

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania LPN license (or Multistate)
• BLS CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with G-tube/trach/vent or willingness to train

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing under RN supervision
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop and implement care plans
• Follow CDC guidelines and ensure PPE is used in every home
• Maintain clear communication with families and care team

Requirements

• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
