Job summary

Juniper Communities in Hebron Township, PA, is seeking a hands-on LPN to lead the health and wellness operations in our senior living community. This full-time evening shift (3 pm–11 pm) offers meaningful resident care, medication administration, and teamwork with a multidisciplinary staff.

Starting wage $28 per hour with DailyPay on-demand pay. BLS is preferred and LPN licensure is required; hospital standards, safety and daily living activities are part of the role.

Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing.
• BLS Certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily health and wellness operations to maximize resident function, safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Monitor and record vital signs and observe patient progress.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide basic medical care tasks as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other routine treatments.
• Communicate with team members, residents, families and medical professionals; participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
