Hospice Home Care in Little Rock, AR is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide compassionate, patient-focused hospice care. The role involves hands-on nursing, following care plans, and clear documentation while supporting patients and families through end-of-life care.

You will coordinate with a hospice team and participate in ongoing training to enhance care quality, with emphasis on pain and symptom management and professional growth in a supportive environment.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
• Three years nursing experience. Community health/hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred.
• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the State.
• Comply with accepted professional standards and practice.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification in states where required.
• Understand philosophy of hospice concept. Also understand needs of the terminally ill.
• Use own knowledge and experience base and other resources as necessary to make logical decisions and solve problems.
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
