Job summary

Five Star Nursing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join skilled nursing facilities in New York. You will provide follow-through on physician plans of treatment under RN supervision and help advocate for patients and families.

We offer flexible scheduling (days, evenings, nights, weekends), paid orientations, weekly pay with direct deposit, paid sick leave per NY law, 24-hour on-call support, and multiple insurance options. Referral bonuses are also available.

Qualifications

• Active New York LPN license required.
• CPR certification (BLS or ALS accepted).

LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

• Currently holds an active LPN license to work in New York.
• CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)

Five Star LPNs are expected to carry out the following tasks:
