Job summary

Alps at Wayne Rehab & Care Center in Wayne, NJ is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse for the 3:30PM–11:30PM shift. This full-time role focuses on direct nursing care, medication administration, and coordinated resident assessments within a supportive team.

You will work closely with physicians, families, and staff to ensure safe, quality care and a positive resident experience. NJ licensure is required, with long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in New Jersey is required.
• Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments with accurate documentation.
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families and care team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
