Qualifications

• Current NJ LPN license valid in NJ.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Must pass TB screening and Physical.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Performing clinical assessments and monitoring changes in residents' conditions.
• Assisting physicians during rounds and exams.

About the Role

As a Per Diem LPN, you will provide hands‑on nursing care to residents while supporting the clinical and leadership needs of the unit. You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. Our Per Diem LPN will be responsible for:

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
