Amsterdam Nursing Home is actively hiring LPN Team Members for all shifts at our Skilled Nursing Facility in New York City.

Compensation includes:

• Base rate of $35.38/hr with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts
• Non-Union rate of $45/hr
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions
• We welcome new graduates!
• Now hiring directly into the union

Primary duties include:

• Collecting admission information from new residents
• Recording health details, including vital signs and temperature
• Administering medications and injections as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required
• Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitoring food and fluid intake/output

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Valid NY State LPN license
• Good standing with the State Registry
