Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ECC Emergency Care

Join Centers Health Care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - ECC Emergency Care.

Position Details

Location: Amsterdam Nursing Home, New York City

We are actively hiring LPN Team Members for all shifts in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The base rate is $35.38 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. Non-union rate is $45/hr. We recently increased our rates and offer a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions. We welcome new graduates and are now hiring straight into the union.

Responsibilities

• Collecting information from new residents for admission
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature
• Administering medications and injections
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required
• Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitoring food and liquid intake/output

Requirements

• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Valid NY State LPN license
• In good standing with the State Registry
