Position Overview

University Center, located in Bronx, NY, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Benefits include:

• Sign-On Bonus of $2,500
• Base rate of $31.94/hour plus a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights

Responsibilities

• Collect and record health information of new residents, including vital signs and temperature
• Administer medications and injections as needed
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitor residents' food and liquid intake/output

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the respective state
• Good standing with State Registry
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
