Job summary

Edenbrook South is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team in Williamsport, PA. You will perform nursing duties, administer medications, and monitor residents' health while coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on for full-time shifts, a starting pay of $32–$37.50 per hour based on experience, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually, and a supportive, family-like work environment committed to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year LPN experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong communication and professional interaction with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly address health changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person-centered care.
• Assist in wellness program development and activities for residents.
• Educate residents and families on health topics and preventive care.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate resident medical records.
• Foster a compassionate environment for residents and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements
