Edenbrook Appleton, part of Eden Senior Care, is recruiting licensed practical nurses to join our team in Appleton, WI. We offer full-time and part-time positions with competitive pay and a robust benefits package.

Sign-on bonuses are available for eligible applicants, with shift differentials on evenings and nights. Responsibilities include planning and delivering patient care, supervising nursing assistants, administering medications, and communicating changes in patient conditions to the care

Qualifications

• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family.
• Complete required record keeping upon residents' admission, discharge, transfer; chart per facility policy.

Job Description

Are You

• Customer service orientated
• A Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN, LPN Nurse, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student, or an LPN Travel Nurse/ Travel Contract LPN that is looking for a permanent facility with great benefits
• Experienced in long-term care preferred
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff

Requirements

• Willing to pick up shifts at our facilities located in Wisconsin
• You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Have a minimum of 1-year experience as an L.P.N. in a long term care setting (preferred)
