Edenbrook Second Ave is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time roles across all shifts. Earn an $8,500 sign-on bonus and enjoy shift differentials.

You will assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care. Requirements include graduating from an accredited nursing program, an active LPN license, and at least 1 year in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long term care setting.
• A natural problem solver.
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care.
• Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities.
• Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse

Hiring Full-Time LPNs (All Shifts) - Earn an $8,500 Sign-On Bonus!

• Shift Differentials: $3.00 for PMs & $2.00 for NOCs
• This expands eligibility to include Day Shift in addition to Evening and Night Shift.
