Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Black Mountain, NC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ wellbeing.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring residents’ conditions, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active LPN license in the state.
• Experience in long-term care/snf preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
