Job summary

Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Black Mountain, NC seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, supervise staff, administer medications, and help implement individualized care plans for residents.

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for Residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and report changes in Residents' conditions to the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in resident care conferences and other interdisciplinary team meetings.
