Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Black Mountain, NC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caregiving team in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State License as an LPN.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of staff and safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under your care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for Residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and report changes in Residents' conditions to the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in resident care conferences and other interdisciplinary team meetings.
