Job summary

Mountain Ridge Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and per diem shifts. Flexible 8 and 12 hour schedules, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time. We offer comprehensive benefits, with 25% more pay in lieu of benefits, and a focus on high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

Under RN supervision, you will evaluate patients, participate in care planning, and administer medications according to orders. State licensure and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Under RN direction, deliver efficient nursing care and achieve positive outcomes.
• Evaluate patients, observe changes, and report condition changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
