Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full or Part Time

Shift: 11 AM to 7 PM

As an LPN on our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and provide support to help patients achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with all laws, regulations, and company standards. You will also assign duties, instruct, and supervise CNAs daily.

Qualifications:

1. Graduated from an accredited LPN program
2. Current, active LPN license in applicable state
3. Preferably, at least one year of skilled nursing experience
4. CPR certification upon hire; must remain current during employment

Job Requirements:
