Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated nursing team in Warren, OH. Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Ohio.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team nursing environment.
• Previous long-term care or rehabilitation nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Community Skilled Health Care Centre is now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated nursing team. As an LPN in our skilled nursing facility, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality resident care and supporting a strong healthcare team in a welcoming, well-managed environment.
