The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens in West Hempstead, NY is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. We welcome full-time and part-time candidates with a passion for geriatric care, capable of independent assessment and treatment, and a desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to aid residents.
