The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing facility. Candidates must hold a NY LPN license, demonstrate independence in care, and have a passion for geriatric care.

Hiring immediately with daily pay options. Position offers day and evening shifts, with a rate up to $34.48 per hour, plus competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Current NY LPN license is required.
• Experience in geriatric or SNF setting preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current License-LPN

Hours: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm

Full time and Part time shifts avalable.

Rate: Up to $34.48 an hour
