Apple Rehab West Haven in Connecticut is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to lead nursing services for assigned residents. You will ensure quality care, follow facility policies, and collaborate with physicians and families.

• Administers prescribed medications and oversees accurate record‑keeping in line with facility policies.

Requirements:

• Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).

Additional Expectations:

All LPN positions require weekend on-call availability to support both staff and residents. Compensation details available upon inquiry. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
