Apple Rehab West Haven, located at 308 Savin Avenue, West Haven, CT, is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to plan, coordinate, and supervise nursing services for assigned residents in a family-oriented setting. The role emphasizes quality care standards and adherence to physician instructions, with experience in long-term care highly valued.

Starting pay ranges from $30–$37 per hour, based on experience, and weekend on-call is required.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Collaborative team player with previous experience in long-term care preferred.
