Job summary

Avalon Nursing and Rehab in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents and support our care team. This per-diem role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful difference in daily resident outcomes.

You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff, monitor health, administer medications, document care accurately, and offer emotional support to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with NJ license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate elder-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts as needed on your schedule.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
