Job summary

Complete Care Management in Edison, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. We offer day, evening shifts, including 3-11 for full-time or part-time roles, with emphasis on medication administration and resident wellbeing.

As an LPN, you will follow physician orders, report changes, and ensure care plans are followed according to state and federal guidelines. We support growth and provide benefits including health, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Report and record residents’ condition and care.
• Follow local, state, and federal guidelines.

Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required

• Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, in accordance with resident’s care plan and within scope of practice

• Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change

• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
