Job summary

Avalon Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. We welcome seasoned professionals and new graduates alike in a warm, family-like environment.

We offer 3P-11P and 11P-7A shifts, a supportive leadership team, and opportunities for advancement, with a focus on resident-centered care and teamwork across RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with NJ license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, document care.
• Provide emotional support and build relationships with residents and families.

What You’ll Do as Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and document care accurately
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

What We’re Looking For in LPN:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey
• Preferred: Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
